Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Major in handling face-to-face, telephoning and written enquiries from tenants & customers
- Assist in planning, organizing and implementing various marketing projects to support mall’s leasing
- Work closely with agencies and tenants in promoting the shopping mall
- Coordinate with various internal departments in organizing marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Property Management, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin ia advantage
- Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant experience in property management, promotion, marketing, customer services, or public relations in shopping malls
- Familiar with PC software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
