Job Description
Our Client is looking for a group of event helper to join its event team for various events.
Working Period: April - May 2019
Working Location: Causeway Bay
Working Hours: 8-11 hours / day
Hourly Rate: HK$60
Main duties:
- Welcome & greet visiting guests
- Provide customer services to visiting guests
- Assist various cultural or arts programmes/events/exhibitions
- Act as mediator to facilitate visiting guests
- Create a friendly & welcoming environment to visiting guests
- Assist in crowd control & maintain good order of the venues
* require to perform outdoor duties &work in the evenings, weekends and public holidays
Requirements:
- University level; preferably in arts or cultural related disciplines
- Working experience in customer services, exhibitions or events is preferred
- Pleasant, proactive and good customer service skills
- Willing to undertake shift duties
