Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Good command of written & Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Independent and responsible, self-motivated
• Willing to work under pressure
• At least 1 year working experience

• Handle inquiries from customer
• Reply customer's email
• Handle customer’s order and cooperate with factory colleagues
