Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing strategies and objectives for enhancing brand awareness and achieving business goals
• Devise monthly and annual marketing plans with budget control. Design and lead the development of marketing campaigns and processes to maximize ROI
• Manage an effective marketing calendar with considerations on market requirements, consumer needs, sales objectives, opportunities and capacity
• Develop brand building program and marketing communication programs include online and offline promotions to support the business
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity results to achieve optimal effectiveness
• Build credible media networks and develop strategic relationship with media, agencies and relevant authorities and community groups for cost-effective delivery of PR and communications programs

Requirements: 

• Degree holder preferable in Marketing / Communications / Business or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in fashion, luxury products or other retail environment of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
• A leader who is creative, proactive and details-oriented with sound planning skill
• Excellent communications skill, highly self-motivated and strong multi-tasking skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
