Job Description

We are currently looking for a friendly and energetic person with a heart to serve the underprivileged children and families. If you have a passion to serve, be comfortable interacting with others, we'd love to hear from you.

 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing and fundraising plan
  • Monitor and support the Foundation’s education, fundraising and outreach events and activities;
  • Develop the Foundation’s marketing materials including posters, leaflets, brochures, eDMs, press releases, and ensure they are of a high quality;
  • Maintain and provide the bilingual content on social media platforms and website;
  • Coordinate photo and video shooting, as well as trailer productions;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the media, vendors and outside related parties of the Foundation;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, Business or Arts disciplines is preferred ;
  • At least 3 years relevant experience;
  • Knowledge in latest social media tools and trend an advantage;
  • Photography and videography experience is preferred; 
  • Interest in and enthusiasm for the arts;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
  • Good team-player and able to work well under pressure;
  • Flexible working hours and overtime work (including public holidays) are required occasionally.
