• Create marketing and branding strategy and marketing plan
• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns
• Creating marketing material with Illustrator and Photoshop

o   Advertisement

o   Catalog

o   Banners

• Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Maintaining website (Wordpress)
• Creating technical documents (manuals etc) together with the R&D and product management teams
• Writing text
• Take product photos

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business.
• Minimum two years’ experience in marketing
• Outstanding communications skills, with the ability to write strategically and creatively.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to think “big picture.”
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound business and strategic judgment
• Strong team player, leader, self-starter and positive catalyst
• Ability to run results-orientated campaigns simultaneously across multiple products
• Experience in the Lighting market is a big plus.

Additional skills that would be of benefit:

• Experience in entertainment market
• Experience in Filmmaking
• German language skills
