Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance in the overall management of marketing campaigns of PRC retail & office projects, including but not limited to review memos and reports submitted, monitor budget spending status, provide market intelligence for local's team references
• Coordinate comments and wish list on interior design and landlord provisions of the Department on new retail & office projects or projects under revamp planning.
• Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors and suppliers for new or renovation projects
• Provide assistance in the management of PRC cities' business service functions
• Participate in the execution of marketing campaigns for new retail & office projects

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid & relevant working experience especially in HK / PRC Property Developers
• Hands-on experience in Marketing / Advertising / PR / Business Management / Interior Design is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Application or Design Application
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese.
• Occasional travel to China is required.
