Your new role: 
-Follow up customers’ enquiries, sales order processing and handle complaints. Maintain friendly and long-lasting client relationships.

- Seek potential cooperative partners and develop cooperation and business.

- To create product contents to articulate the product benefits to consumers through different social media (wechat, website etc). Organize  online sales development.

- Assist in monitoring and reviewing current/potential market developments, working closely with BD Manager / BD team to implement effective sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve planned goals.

- Assist in organizing marketing events (health talk, salon, seminars, exhibitions booth etc).

- Duty travels may be required.

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor Degree or above.

- With passion to work in medical industry.

- Mainland Chinese candidates (IANG) are welcomed and preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills, proactive, result-driven, independent, proven team collaboration ability with strong business sense.

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional/cultural teams. Able to handle multi-task work.

- Proficiency in basic photo/graphic editing by using different software (such as Photoshop or AI)

- Working experience in a Medical/E-commerce/Advertising/Media/digital platform will be preferred.

- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English ability
