Responsibility:

• Planning and coordinating with different parties to ensure a smooth event
• On-site supervision during project set up
• Communicate with client along the execution process
• Co-ordinates with account servicing team, suppliers, contractors, venue and site staff to ensure the operation plan and schedule with well and smooth completion

Requirement:

• F.5/ DSE Graduate or above with 2 year working experience of organization and on-site coordination, events or exhibitions.
• Availability to work occasionally in weekends or weekday evenings
• Mature and able to complete tasks with tight working schedule and under pressure
• Good communication skills with internal and external teams
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage
