Job Title: Diaspora Community Consultants – Indian Market (Part Time)

Job Description:

• Tracking and reporting of market intelligence in Indian corridor in weekly basis;
• Competitive fee and FX;
• Competitive promotional activities;
• Information of new competitors and/or new products offered by competitors;
• Provide customer feedback to the client;
• Support to execute promotional campaigns through client appointed agencies and/or contractors in Hong Kong. Lead and driver performance of promoters to achieve the assigned business targets;
• Support local marketing team to develop market strategies, action plan in order to grow branding awareness among Indian corridor;
• Provide insights on Indian diaspora when needed; and support to develop market;
• Outdoor work is needed;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School / Diploma or above.
• 20 hours per week, required to work on Sunday.
• Hong Kong citizens or work permit holders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, outgoing and able to work independently under pressure and tight timelines.
• High proficiency in written and spoken Hindi is essential. Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Profound understanding of Indian local culture and consumer behaviors.
• Previous financial services experience is preferred but not a must.  

Job Title: Promoter – Indian and Philippines Market (Part Time) 

Job Description:

• Demonstrating and providing information on promoted products / services;
• Distributing giveaways, prizes, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities;
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements;
• Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products if needed; and
• Report on promotion related information (interest level, questions asked, number of giveaways / flyers distributed etc).

Requirements:

• High School / Diploma or above.
• Required to work on Sunday.
• Outdoor work in needed.
• Hong Kong citizens or work permit holders.
• Proactive, cheerful and pleasant personality is essential.
• Profound understanding of Indian local culture and consumer behaviors. High proficiency in spoken Hindi (Indian market), Tagalog (Philippines market) is essential. Proficiency in English is an advantage. 
• Previous financial services experience is preferred but not a must.
