Job Description
Location: Shanghai or Ningbo
RESPONSIBILITY
Your role will be a creative leader with core competence in UMS. In that capacity, we will be looking to you to achieve the following objectives:
- Effectively build and manger Creative team to produce original concepts in response to creative briefs.
- Engage with existing and future clients to shape, scope and sell projects balancing company objectives with client requirements and aspirations.
- Persuasively pitch key creative concepts to clients and defend the rationale behind the the thinking.
- Work with BD and Digital Teams to understand the clients’ brands.
- Prioritize workload within the Team to ensure demands are managed to meet client and internal expectations.
- Control the quality of the creative product to support maximum delivery of the brand.
- Train, inspire, and develop teams to anticipate and reflect changing needs of UMS and clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 8 + plus years of creative advertising experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English a MUST.
- Proven ability to encourage, motivate, and inspire employees.
- A hands-on approach and attitude is a must.
- Open-minded and ambitious with high integrity.
- Preferably with 4A background.
