Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager to execute all rounds of marketing activities such as advertising & promotion, branding, events, and visual merchandising
• Compile and prepare reports such as quarterly POS reports from distributors, China, Singapore and HK markets
• Monitor the PR coverage and prepare PR report quarterly.
• Assist the Manager to execute marketing campaigns, in-store / joint promotions activities with retailers in HK and with distributors
• Coordinate with vendor for preparing layout, production and installation of in-store poster and showcase wrapping
• Handle all advertising placement with media sales for HK markets and also handle the material production with printing house
• Provide ad-hoc support to assist the branch office (China and Singapore) to execute the local marketing campaigns and marketing support
• Assist in execute in joint promotion with boutique of each brand such as press day in different locations
• Prepare ad materials for submission, creation of marketing materials including sales collaterals, training, presentations, counter cards, poster
• Gift sourcing from local vendor and handle the seasonal gift program from headquarter
• Ordering gathering from distributor and HK, China and Singapore markets
• Assist in execute Asia Conference and post Basel meeting

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Advertising, etc in retail operation industry
• PR or advertising agency experience preferred
• Good team player, independent, good coordination and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Have fashion sense, creative and able to work under pressure
