In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join one of the market leaders in clinical information systems in medical service industry, which cover public and private hospitals in Hong Kong and Macau, to provide professional support to doctors and nurses in intensive care unit and operating theatre.

You are responsible for

• Implement Philips Clinical Information Systems in order to meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Act as a consultancy role to provide professional advise regarding the sales activities of Philips Clinical Information Systems.
• Deliver and conduct professional training, go-live and post go-live support to end users.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including engineers and clinical consultants and work as part of the “Delivery” team in delivering qualified service to customers.
• Provide clinical support for pre-sales, project implementation and post-sales support.

You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing or above  
• Registered Nurse with registration in HK Nursing Council is a MUST, overseas qualification will be considered
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in High Dependency Unit / Coronary Care Unit / Critical Care Unit / Intensive Care Unit/Operation Theatre/ O&G is highly preferred.
• Experience in Clinical Information Systems will be beneficial
• Interests in computer informatics and familiar with MS Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
• Excellent communications skills, presentable and able to work independently.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is a Must
