Requirements: 

• University degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration, logistics and/or customer service;
• Experience gained from a large or multinational organization will be a great asset, but not a must;
• Demonstrated exposure in providing sales administrative support;
• Experienced to handle customer enquiries on incoming and outgoing orders;
• Some exposure in handling quotations and/or tender documentation;
• Able to support in some office admin duties as required;
• Good customer service concept;
• Hands-on knowledge in ERP system, especially SAP, will be a big advantage;
• Good people and communication skills;
• Good English and Cantonese.
