Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with supplier, factory & headquarter on delivery status
• Monitor & communicate with supplier about delivery performance
• Supervise subordinate on daily operation & problem solving
• Respond to quotation request & enquiry from related Panasonic factories
• Support on solving urgent delivery problem & extra cost issue reported by buyer or factories
• Report to headquarter about pending issue & critical delivery problem
• Participates in ad hoc operations & compliance projects

Requirements :

• Diploma or above
• 3 years or above relevant experience in Purchasing or Logistics field
• Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skill, detail oriented and able to perform multi-tasks
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Japanese (JLPT N2 or above is preferable)
• Flexible, good team player with strong communication skill
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
