Job Responsibilities

• Customer orders processing from order received through to shipping document preparations.
• Ensure ordered products are produced meeting specific product and shipment requirements.
• Ensure appropriate product testing, approvals and inspections are completed prior to shipping.
• Assist and coordinate products, packaging review and approvals.
• Provide coordination and liaison support to suppliers with order requirements and materials.
• Develop, establish and maintain professional relationship with customers and all suppliers.
• Assist Sales Team in organizing sales & marketing activities such as customer buying trips in Hong Kong.
• Perform sales support to customer accounts, including attend customer meetings, quotation preparations and submission samples arrangements & sending.
• Samples co-ordination between factories and customers (local and overseas).
• Liaise with Melbourne head office on a daily basis.
• Customer, Labs, 3rd party training, seminars, events attendance & reporting.
• Troubleshooting support at all stages.

Requirements

• 3 years working experience related in a similar role in the toys industry within similar capacity.
• Experience with orders management and products compliance for US and European markets.
• Well-organized, self-initiative, independent.
• High level skilled in Microsoft Office is essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential.
