Responsibilities

Formulating and executing VM guidelines for in store display

To implement VM strategies and concepts with consistency of brand image

Work closely with internal departments and vendors in seasonal promotion and new store openings

To update VM guidelines for all markets weekly and seasonally

Sourcing, organizing and distributing display materials

To monitor in-store VM display process during promotional/seasonal change-over

Command VM & display training to retail staff

Requirements

Degree holder in Design or related VM disciplines

At least 6 years' relevant experience. 

Previous experience in fashion business retail is an asset

Strong fashion sense, innovation and detailed-oriented

Strong leadership and initiation skills;

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, InDesign, PageMaker etc

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Good command of written and spoken of English, Chinese and Mandarin

Candidate who has less experience can consider as Senior Visual Merchandiser
