Our client, Japanese trading company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Buying Assistant (Ref: #37373)

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Merchandising team in execute buying activities and stock planning and handling all merchandising related issues
• Plan the most effective product placement through managing stock replenishment
• Setting and maintaining data in Cegid systems and databases
• Reviewing order status to understand inventory status issues (e.g. overstocks, late deliveries, short shipments)
• Coordinate and participate in regular stock take in office & stores
• Creating ad-hoc Excel files and pivot tables to support analytics

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Fashion & Textile or other related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / retail industry
• Proactive, sensitive to figures and strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Hight proficiency in English and Cantonese
