Job description:

Lead and oversee the sourcing process of the group's trademarks. Manage and provide strategic direction in the areas of sourcing, scouting, costing and day to day operations in accordance with Headquarter business goals and Regional Manufacturing Direction.

Duties:

•        Drive results across multiple brands, products and strategies.
•        Provide leadership, entrepreneurial skills and a proactive attitude to achieve results and blend in with the team.
•        Develop the areas of sourcing, costing and pricing. Ensure our products meet expected standards and are at a cost to achieve profitability goals.
•        Coordinate the area of cross quotation and introduce new opportunities with new factories and new products that can positively affect our Group's brands
•      Oversee the processes flows, deadlines of productions and quality of the supply chain network.
•        Participate as a member of the Team led by the group general sourcing manager and create good relationship with members in the head quarter.

Skills / Qualifications:

•        Merchandising experience max 1 year. Proactive and enthusiast fresh graduates with merchandising background will be considered too.
•        Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to think big-picture, anticipates problems, plan and implement corrective actions.
•        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present information and communicate message to multiple stakeholders
•        Willing to travel abroad indipendently and frequently.
•        Professional English Skills, fluent in Chinese and Cantonese. Italian is considered a plus.
•        Good computer skills and use of the Microsoft Office software and internet navigation.
