Responsibilities:

• Design fine diamond jewellery items on customer requests and prepare target costings
• Actively work on developing company product lines 
• Designing jewellery products while maintaining company's brand identity
• Sketch out the ideas and help the product team to visualise the final products 
• Conduct market research & analysis of latest jewelry trends
• Formulate the product development plan to match with the seasonal trend findings & daily customers needs.
• Work closely with in-house Production Department to make sure broad current merchandising projects and visions are in line with final product creation
• Support the Director on planning and execution on strategic actions, based on corporate strategies and market needs

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder in Jewellery / Product Design or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working in the jewellery industry
• Good product awareness in order to give accurate direction to produce
• Excellent hand-sketching skills with a passion for innovative design
• Creative and capable to identify trends/concepts to convert to products
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Jewel Cad, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator is a plus but not necessary
• Outgoing personality and passionate about fashion or jewelry
• Great team player, well-organize, reliable & self-motivated
• Well versed in English and Chinese
