Responsibility : 

• Coordinate the daily operations and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team.
• To serve the customers Europe, familiar in the export procedures to these countries would be an advantages.
• Close liaison with the customers and intensive follow up with vendors to ensure completion of orders.
• Process the orders from sourcing, quotation, samples delivery, testing and quality inspection arrangement to the final shipment.
• Work with customers and suppliers to problem solve independently.
  
  
  

 Requirements:

• At least 3 years experiences in OEM/ODM toys field.
• Experience in plastic toys, electronic toys, wooden toys is preferable.
• Higher Diploma, with 1 year related experiences.
• Good communication skill (written / spoken) Cantonese / English / Mandarin.
• Good PC Skills.
• Independent, well organized, detail oriented and good team spirit.
• Willing to work under pressure and willing to learn.
• Occasional China trips needed.
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Merchandiser.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
