Responsibilities:

• Handle POS system, Stock entry, allocation and optimization
• Conduct stock analysis, stock take follow-up and handle enquiry on discrepancies
• Handle clerical duties such as prepare reports to suppliers and invoice checking
• Communicate and coordinate with internal parties such as shop levels to improve store assortment and accounting department for payment issues
• Provide and communicate with internal and external parties on all product related information for alignment throughout the product life-cycle          
• Coordinate workshops for in-house brands
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by company
• Retail + manufactory background is preferred

Key requirements:

• Highly organized
• Around 3 years relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Diligent and quick learner
• Good team player
• Plenty of initiative
