Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationship with worldwide based retail / wholesale customers.
• Manage total merchandising process from product development, sourcing, costing, sampling, price & delivery negotiation.
• Occasional travel to China factories is required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above preferably in business fields
• Minimum 3 years for Merchandiser and 8 years for Senior Merchandiser working experience in similar field.
• Product experience in CERAMIC TABLEWARE highly preferable or similar categories an advantage
• Proven ability to manage entire order process & product development workflow.
• Able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy & detail.
• Good interpersonal skills with both suppliers and customers.  Ability to host and communicate with foreign customers essential.
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Emails, Photoshop, etc)
• Excellent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
