Manager / Senior Manager (Business / Derivatives Valuation)

Responsibilities:

• To provide Hong Kong and China valuation works, mainly business and financial derivatives, including market research, analysis, financial model building and report preparation
• To conduct site inspections and collect valuation information from various sources
• Required to perform valuation tasks on an individual basis and to report to Director
• Supervise his/her subordinates in regards to all valuation task 
• Required to travel to China

Requirements

• Master / Degree holder in  Finance Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business or Investment related fields
• 3-5 years or above working experience in business valuation related field and at least 2 years in the senior/managerial role;
• With CFA and/or CPA or relevant professional qualifications is preferred
• Good computer and sound analytical / reporting skills
• Positive, mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently within a tight schedule
• Have ability and skill to lead, motivate and supervise a team of valuers and valuation assistants in carrying out valuation
• Good in English and Putonghua 
• Less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Manager or Senior Valuer.
