The Job:

The appointee will assist in the provision of a full spectrum of company secretarial work for Swire group private companies. To cope with our expansion, we are looking for high calibre candidate to fill the above vacancy.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ company secretarial experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good English and Chinese language skills
• Experience with “Viewpoint” would be an advantage
