Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all aspects of corporate services including company secretarial duties, corporate governance and compliance functions; the preparation of annual returns, notices for AGM/GM,  annual / interim reports, minutes, resolutions, announcements and circulars
• Organize board meetings, board committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings
• Update and maintain statutory records and filing system
• Handle and follow up clients’ inquiries
• Liaise with external regulators, advisers and authorities for all corporate services matters
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and corporate matters assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree in related field. Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Student member of HKICS  and/or  ICSA is preferable but not essential
• 2-3 years working experience (company secretarial / business field is preferred)
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) is essential
• Responsible, independent, self-motivated, detail oriented and a good team player
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Services  Assistant
• Immediately available is an advantage
