Job Description

Our client is a famous corporate service provider in HK and PRC. They are now looking for a Trust Administrator to support their new form team and provide trust services to their clients.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting business development function of the Trust services – attend to clients’ enquiries, and the preparation of Trust proposals/marketing materials for a wide range of trust jurisdictions and different types of trust structures for prospective clients.
  • Provide advice on trust planning for Pre-IPO and Post-IPO clients.
  • Establishing new trusts: perform due diligence/KYC on trust structure and all trust-related parties for client on-boarding. Establish set up structure and handle set up documentation.
  • Effectively build and maintain key relationship with a client portfolio, ensuring client retention. Handle trust administration work inclusive of necessary tax filing and maintain client database.
  • Coordinate with bankers, asset managers, legal advisors and other related parties for the provision of services.
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures such as drafting and updating operation manual on trust services.
  • Handle bank account opening for underlying companies and prepare documents for trust establishment and asset injection.
  • Work with Compliance & Risk Management team on regular KYC review and account opening.
  • Preparing all necessary documents, incorporating and activating for underlying holding companies.
  • Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in handling trust administration
  • Understand FATCA and CRS including completion of relevant forms. 
  • Have self-learning skill and high degree of self-motivation.
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills, with a strong command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Office and Power Point.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Manager.
