Job Description

Job Descriptions:

Daily entry of sales orders and purchase orders in ERP system
Ensure shipping documents are received on time from Vendors
Issue Sales invoices per shipment schedule
Assist L/C opening process
Handle daily correspondences with customers and sales associates;
Provide clerical support to accounts team and assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in finance or accounting or related subjects. 1-2 years related working experience in ERP system;
Detail-oriented, well-organized and independent, with sense of responsibility;
Proficient in PC skills, MS Office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge in Oracle is an added advantage;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage;
OT allowance is provided during month-end closing.
