Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operations, including procurement review and sourcing
- Proactively work with user departments to analyze and review the purchase requisition request
- Ensure purchase requisition is in compliance with the Foundation's policies
- Review and analyze project budget and expenditure
- Assist financial operation process enhancement, internal control and system upgrade
- Support Director of Finance and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in accounting or related discipline
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in procurement or large-sized companies an advantage
- Member or candidate of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Team player, responsible, multi-tasking, organize and detail-oriented
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
