The Job:

Reporting to the Audit Committee, the Group Internal Audit Department is highly respected in the Swire Group. We are responsible for providing internal audit services to all companies within the Group. We are now looking for a talented individual to work in the department as Internal Audit Manager, which is an exciting role with an opportunity to build your career in a global organisation.

As the Internal Audit Manager of the Department, you will frequently contact with senior management and have a high visibility within the Swire Group. You will participate in planning and leading risk-based audit assignments and special reviews for different group companies and lines of business. You will also review the audit works performed by the team to ensure the quality is up to the required standards. Further, you will responsible for the ongoing development of audit methodologies to improve the efficiency and quality of audits.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Accounting or CIA qualification
• Eight years of full-time experience in auditing, accounting or business analysis, including two years of supervisory or project management experience
• Risk-based audit experience together with strong analytical and report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convince and influence others
• Ability to create and maintain good working relationships with all levels of staff
• Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin are mandatory
• At least 50% of travel should be expected
