Responsibilities :

• Oversee the finance function, including financial planning, implementation of strategic plans and budget control
• Perform company secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations under any relevant laws and regulations
• Coordinate and communicate with all business units and operation teams in operational risk management
• Prepare financial review and analysis, budget and forecast, cash flow management, tax reporting and other financial / management reports as requested by different stakeholders from time to time
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other government authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Maintain and develop relationships with banks, investors and other legal organizations and / or government authorities
• Identify and limit potential risks for the company 

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines and qualified accountant in ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting, of which 8 years at managerial level
• Familiar with SVF guidelines compliance & with solid experience in regulatory reporting and internal control would be an advantage
• Independent with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
