• Form 5 or above and holder of LCCI Elementary Level in Accounting
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
• To assist Accounts Department in preparation of bank receipt voucher, bank payment voucher and bank reconciliation statement; to assist in administration procedures including preparation of monthly salary, MPF, Employer’s Return of Remuneration and Pensions and staff holiday calculation; to maintain filing systems, to assist in the preparation of reports to clients and etc.
• Also to deal with general clerical works such as Input data onto computer templates, preparing quotation, to handle purchase order such as to quote the price from different suppliers.
• Some outdoor works if necessary
