 Corporate Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing research, financial and business analysis, due diligence on M&A deals, fund-raising, potential investment opportunities and corporate finance initiatives;
• Preparation of presentation materials on investment, divestment or other corporate finance projects
• Assist on accounting, internal audit, financial planning and analysis
• Liaise internally across various departments/countries and externally with professional advisors/values/financial advisor/lawyer on transaction execution
• Carry out ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
• 3 -5 years of relevant experience at sizable organizations in the fields of banking, private equity or accounting firm
• High proficiency in English and Chinese and well versed with MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong financial analytical capabilities, communication and time management skills
• Familiar with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Company Law, accounting standard
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, proactive and strong analytical mind
