Job Description:

1. Responsible and accountable for timely and accurate financial, statutory and regulatory reporting in the Group, and including its subsidiaries across different geographies; review, analyze and interpret business units’ financial performance;
2. review current accounting and reporting practice and procedures, identify and implement initiatives for continuous improvement;
3. Preparing consolidated group budget and cash flow forecast and perform monthly analysis against actual results;
4. Prepare and monitor multi-dimensional analysis of financial information to management;
5. Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting;
6. Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications required:

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications;
2. Member of recognized accounting professional bodies, e.g. HKICPA/ACCA;
3. At least 5 years auditing and accounting experience, with experience acquired in listed companies is preferred;
4. Enterprise systems knowledge such as Oracle & Hyperion HFM is highly desirable;
5. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills and other Microsoft office software;
6. Good teamwork skills, self-motived, capable to handle tight timeline and able to work under pressure;
7. Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
