Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting
• Handle daily Account Receivable and Account Payable operations
• Monnitor daily cash and bank
• Assist in data entry and filing
• Maintain fixed assets register and entry posting
• Assist in OMS installation
• Support ad-hoc assignments as required

Required Skills and Capabilities:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. LCCI Level 3
• 3 years relevant experience
• Detail-minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Initiative with good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with NAV is an advantage
• Immediate available preferred
