Duties & Responsibilities:

To assist the manager to oversee the smooth and effective functioning of accounting information systems in fulfilling the department’s objectives to provide timely, accurate and efficient information to the Management for day-to-day operations.  

• Prepare daily liquidity ratio and monthly/ quarterly regulatory HKMA returns;
• Check the ledger balance against the bank balance for all bank accounts and prepare bank reconciliations for the accounts with different balance;
• Prepare the breakdown for the accounts Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, Account Receivable and Account Payable;
• Handle any adhoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines is preferable, others will be by consider;
• Minimum 3 years in Banking Industries;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in computer software (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), having knowledge on MS Excel Marco/UBA is preferable;
• Good team player and has a good communication skill.
