The incumbent will be responsible for reconciling the Debt Aging Report with key customers, providing general administrative support, e.g. data input, filing, and other clerical support for the Department as well as handling inquiries from different business units

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or business related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Independent, patient and attention to details
• Able to work 3 - 5 days per week
• Immediate availability is preferred
