JOB RESPONSIBITY:

• Handle bank reconciliation, accounts payable & receivable
• Responsible for daily accounting functions including data input, vouchers, checks and invoice preparation
• Assist in month-end closing; prepare monthly accounting schedules and management reports and analyses
• Provide general clerical support to daily operation
• Assist in stock-take
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Completed F.5 or above
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience, manufacturing experience is an advantage
• LCC higher or above
• Hands-on experience on accounting software, knowledge in MYOB is an asset
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Able to meet tight deadline and work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
