RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Lead the documentation of procedures & policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines 
• Manage Financial Accounting operation with the support from Shared Service Centre (SSC).
• Regular review the process and way of working with SSC to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review and ensure the Financial Accounting operation and documentation in compliance of internal and external control requirement
• Handle customer rebate claims including reconciliation, calculation, system input and reports preparation
• Review the rebate claims from customers and prepare trade-spend reporting
• Assist supervisor on audit matters 
• Assist supervisor on all tax compliance related activities within company including tax submission, CIT, transfer pricing.
• Manage the cashflow by working closely with Corporate Treasury
• Cooperate with other relevant functions to facilitate daily finance & accounting operations and build the relationship between SSC and local commercial teams

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Economics
• Qualified accountant is preferred 
• Over 6 years of solid working experience in full set of A/C, budgeting, financial reports
• Knowledge of tax compliance 
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
