Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations such as preparing accounting payable voucher, cheque payment and oversea payment and going to the bank
• Responsible for daily report and cash management
• Responsible for month-end closing and timely prepare financial statements including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and disclosures (Small company)
• Maintain and update filing of accounting documents
• Perform ad hoc assignments and other duties when required

Requirements:

• F.5 or abovewith LCCI level 2
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience
  
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, team player, responsible and work independently
• Able to cope with tight deadlines under pressure
• Good communication both in English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Familiar with SAP system will be an advantage
