Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review operation flow and internal control of finance department;
• Update accounting standard and regulatory requirement on financial aspects;
• Handle full set of accounts independently and perform all general accounting issue; 
• Review daily liquid capital computation, cash flow position, margin loan position of all licensed corporations under SFC supervision;
• Prepare daily / monthly FRR and ensure strict compliance in meeting the liquid capital requirements and client money rules on a daily basis
• Prepare month-end financial statements and management reports;
• Handle group reporting and annual budget for all business sectors in Hong Kong office;
• Liaise with external auditors and tax planning, bankers and regulatory authorities;
• Handle other responsibilities assigned by the Management;
• MIC under SFC definition.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of securities firm experience or relevant financial institutions
• Solid experience in securities accounting, SFC Financial Resources Rules and Financial Returns 

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Available immediately is a plus
