Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the Group's accounting and finance structure, reports, tax planning, cash flow, forecast, budgetary policies and procedures for Asia region.
• Ensure financial control is maintained and efficiencies are achieved with existing financial system, processes and procedures, including internal control, risk management, and corporate requirements.
• Lead the finance team to handle the daily accounting duties including AP, AR, inventories and other related financial control matters.
• Establishes and implements financial policies, control standards, and corporate budgetary control systems.
• Handle ad hoc tasks, such as M&A projects, as assigned from time to time
• Develop and manage relationship with external parties like banks, auditors and legal advisors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance discipline with CPA professional qualifications
• 3-5 years solid experience in Accounting and Finance; experience in the Asia Region is definitely an asset
• Possess strong analytical mind, problem solving and management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight reporting deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle staff at all level
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; both in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Regular travel to mainland China and Kingdom of Cambodia
• Experience in listed company is a must for the position of Financial Controller
• Immediately available is highly preferable
• Less experience may consider Group Finance Manager
