Overview 

As an Assistant Accountant - based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible in assisting day-to- day accounting operations in the Finance department with strong compliance and work ethics to ensure operational efficiencies. Additionally, you will be provide accounting - related support to both internal/external customers and collaboratively work on resolving invoices or payments matters with internal teams. The ideal Assistant Accountant will possess fair and ethical work values, sense of urgency, accountability and willingness to grow and contribute to the success of the organization.

Requirements / Qualifications 

• Diploma or post graduate certificate in Accounting or equivalent; High school certificate holders with substantial years of relevant experience will be considered
  
• Minimum 2 years of full set accounting knowledge in a similar capacity
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese; Written English and Chinese is a must
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills and ability to operate/utilise the required accounting systems used in the Finance department
  
• Compliance towards regulated acts and practices
  
• Possess good organisational skills, sense of urgency, meticulous, analytical, resourceful and willingness to grow and learn within the organization
• The candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
