Job Responsibilities 

• Checking invoices for billing purpose, verify accuracy of billing data and revise any error
• Perform bookkeeping work including posting data and keeping/filling records of invoices
• Prepare billing settlement proposal
• Contact customers to obtain account info for billing and settlement purpose
• Maintain customer account, update account summary periodically 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or business related major(advanced diploma with solid billing/accounting relevant experience will be considered)
• 3 years related experience. Working experiences in telecom industry is preferred
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in using Excel, word processing
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Attention to detail - being careful about details and thorough in completing work tasks
• Self-motivated, hard-working and eager to learn. Willing to take on responsibilities and challenges
• Good time management skills. Working independently with limited supervision
