Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to HR team including but not limit to Recruitment, C&B, etc.

• Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• DSE or above

• One year’s working experience in HR exposure is highly preferred

• Good command in both English and Chinese languages, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

• Proactive, responsible, organized and meticulous with can-do attitude

• Fresh graduate will be considered

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as  Senior HR Clerk
  

• Immediate available is highly preferred
