Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties including answering enquires and clients greeting;
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Administration and Operations Departments, such as meeting minutes and expense claims;
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on administrative and operations issues;
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with 2-3 years relevant working experience;
• 1-2 years or above as receptionist or in administration field;
• Background in food and beverage industry would be an advantage;
• Fluent of written/spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Proficient in Chinese Typing;
• Excellent phone manner, customer oriented, friendly personality, positive mind and can-do attitude;
• Willing to learn, pleasant character;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organized, self-motivated and a good team player;
• Less experience will also be considered as Administration Assistant;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
