Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, implementation and development of services and activities
- Handle the monthly reports and newsletter
- Provide general administrative support
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years or above of relevant experience in office administrative
- With experience in handling of charity activity is an advantage
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
- Pro-active personality with good communication skill
- Good command in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer literacy (includes Chinese Word Processing)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
