•                To Provide effective and efficient clerical support to Departments
•                To provide courteous reception services
•                To record customers’ enquiries and complaints accurately and promptly
•                To follow up and liaise with colleagues in response to the phone calls received
•                To assist in ad hoc assignment

Requirements

•                Form Six or above
•                Good in Cantonese and English
•                Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
•                Hands-on knowledge in computer skill including MS Word, Chinese word processing,  Excel, Powerpoint is a must
•               Welcome fresh graduate to apply
