Our client (MNC) is looking for a Marketing Support Assistant (Contract) :

Responsibilities

• Daily management on sales record and sales order request
• Prepare Purchasing Order,tender and Quotation Request
• Assist in marketing event cooperation
• Provide logistic support for Marketing Team
• Maintains database for related marketing materials
• Prepare regular reports
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties if necessary

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with at least 2 years of administration experience
• Self-motivated, well-organized and attention to details
• Able to work independently
• Good time management and communication skill
• Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
