Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to front line departments and head of division.
  • Maintain internal filing and related record keeping.
  • Prepare business expense claims.
  • Arrange hotel and air ticket booking for staff who is on business trip.
  • Responsible for on-site/off-site administrative support to investor meetings / road shows.

 

Requirements:

  • Associate degree to bachelor degree holder in any disciplines.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant secretarial support experience, preferable proficiency from financial institution.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
